Types of Volunteer Positions:

  • Check-In: Whether you’re checking in Consignors/Sellers or Volunteers, this job is great for an up-beat person who likes to meet and greet new people and who is great on the computer.
  • Inspector:  This position also requires great attention to detail.  If you volunteer for this position, you will be inspecting all clothing and items for our “Great Quality Standard”.  In addition, you get a “heads-up” on what’s going to be sold!
  • Set-Up:  This position is more for someone who likes to work behind the scenes.  You come in, help set-up, organize, and place all the sales items on the sales floor during Seller Drop-Off.
  • Sales Floor: If you love to organize, coordinate, and help shoppers, this is the job for you.  You will be on the move, checking and rechecking sections so they always look their best.
  • Greeter:  We are looking for a smiley face to fill this role.  If you like talking, being friendly, and welcoming people to the Sales event, this position is up your alley.
  • Checkout Counter:  This position is for someone with experience using a computer and working in a fast pace environment.  This person could be helping the customers with their transactions, bagging, and keeping the line moving.
  • Breakdown: If you want to work after the sale and work in a fast-paced environment, this position is right for you.  At this position, Volunteers will be helping us organize and sort items by Seller Number for Pick-Up.
  • Floater: If you’re a jack-of-all-trades and can pick up new things quickly, floating is for you.  If you don’t mind helping out all over the place during your shift and picking up slack where it is needed, sign up here!
