Fundraising Opportunities

We offer a few different opportunities for your school, non-profit organization, church, club, sports organization, mom’s group, or preschool to fundraise with us at KidSmart.  Contact us to discuss how we can help your group raise funds for your cause.

Option 1:  Get a Table – We set you up with a table inside or outside of our seasonal Sales event where your group is more than welcome to come and sell your candy, cookies, popcorn, etc.  If you are interested in this option, please sign up soon.  Please note that tables are limited and they are given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Option 2:  Consignor Profit Sharing – Your group members/parents can consign at our sale and designate a certain percentage (%) of their profits to be donated to your organization.  This option must be pre-arranged by e-mail with KidSmart and agreed to by all parties prior to the registration closing date.

Option 3:  Group Consigning – The organization can register for a group Seller Number and collect several donated items from its members/parents to sell.  If your organization can prepare the items for the Sale using the group’s Seller Number, the group will receive 65% of the profit from the items that sell.  If your organization has at least 2 members/parents that serve as Volunteers at the Sale on behalf of the organization, your group can receive 70% of the profit from the items sold.

Suggested Steps for Group Consigning:

  • Register for the Sale and get one group Seller Number.
  • Organize a date and time prior to the Sale for members/parents to donate items to your group at one central location.
  • Price & Tag the items.
  • Drop-off the items during the Drop-Off period.
  • In the event that your group has certain items that do not sell, we suggest that you elect to donate those unsold items to charity so you do not have to go through the hassle of returning items to multiple group members.

Due to the high volume of Consignors that clubs can provide, there may be a limit at any given Sale on the number of organizations who may participate as a fundraiser.
